UPDATE (9/18): Main Parking Lot Entrance Closure at Ackerman

Closure of the main entrance drive into Ackerman Park and Ackerman Sports & Fitness Center has been delayed due to forecasted rain. As a result, the road is expected to be open most, if not all, of this week. This means the entrance drive will likely be closed sometime next week. Upon closing, construction barriers will be placed near the intersection of St. Charles and Riford Roads and access into the park/facility will be available at the east entrance of the property near Swift Avenue. Until then, please continue using the main entrance drive.

The Glen Ellyn Park District apologizes for any inconvenience and appreciates your continued patience and flexibility as the improvement project nears completion. Additional information and updates will be provided if available.
