April 21st Board meeting to be held remotely

Due to the shutdown of all Park District facilities in response to COVID-19, the April 21st meeting of the Park Board of Commissioners will be held by Zoom conference as permitted by the Gubernatorial Disaster Proclamation in Response to COVID-19 (COVID-19 Executive Order 5) exempting the requirement of the Open Meetings Act for the physical presence of the Commissioners at the meeting and permitting Commissioner attendance by video, audio, or telephone access.

The public is invited to join the conference. Please email Kimberly Dikker at [email protected] for the Meeting ID and password by 6:30pm on Tuesday, April 21st. Plan to join the meeting 5-10 minutes before the start of the meeting at 7pm.

Public participation instructions:
Members of the public will be automatically muted, therefore, please email any public comment to Kimberly Dikker at [email protected] by 6:30pm on Tuesday, April 21st. Emailed comments will be read by staff during this meeting.
