Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Requests
Requests for information under the Freedom of Information Act should be directed, in writing, to:

requests should be sent to: email@example.com.
Freedom of Information requests can be made via mail, e-mail, fax or in person at the Glen Ellyn Park
District offices during normal business hours. In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act, you
will receive a response to your request within 5 business days. If your request is denied, you may
follow the appeals process outlined in the Illinois Freedom of Information Act. You may choose to
inspect or receive copies of the information requested.
Information may be provided in an electronic format for no charge. The District provides a hard copy
at no cost for the first 50 pages (in black and white, letter or legal size) and additional pages for
$0.15 per page. For color and/or abnormally sized copies, the District charges the requestor the
actual cost for making the copies.
