    A fast-paced Vinyasa flow which focuses on increasing heart rate and using your body weight to build muscle mass and bone density. Time: 45 minutes. Equipment: Yoga or exercise mat.
  • Friday, May 29, 10am: Boot Camp with Patti*
    A mix of military-inspired cardio, strength, and agility workouts that burn serious calories! Time: 30 minutes. Equipment: Mat/towel and weights (optional).
  • Monday, June 1, 10am: Insanity with Patti*
    A total body workout that uses body weight for resistance. Time: 30 minutes. Equipment: Mat/towel.
  • Wednesday, June 3, 7am: Power Yoga with Steph*
