January 22, 2026 Due to the Extreme Cold Warning and District 41’s transition to E-Learning, the Glen Ellyn Park District has canceled the following programs for Friday, January 23:
- Preschool Education
- Kindergarten Enrichment
- Adventure Time
Facility Status: All Park District facilities will remain open for normal business hours. Ackerman SFC will be available as a warming shelter during normal business hours. Any status changes will be posted at gepark.org/hotline.
Other Programs: All other classes and practices will proceed as scheduled. If further cancellations occur, participants will be contacted directly by their program supervisor or coach, and updates will be posted at gepark.org/hotline.
We appreciate your understanding and encourage everyone to stay safe and warm.
