Playbook Program Guide Advertising

Your ad will appear in the virtual Playbook program guide, which receives an average of 13,500 views per issue. The guide is available quarterly, with both half- and full-page ad options available. Generate visibility for your brand, share your message, and connect with the community with a full-color advertisement that links directly to your website. Current copies of the Playbooks can be found at gepark.org/playbook.

Community Event Flyer Postings at District Facilities

The Glen Ellyn Park District will be happy to post an 8.5″ wide x 11″ tall flyer (no tear-offs) promoting a not-for-profit group on our designated Community Boards at Spring Avenue Recreation Center and Ackerman Sports & Fitness Center. Due to limited space, postings will be displayed on a first-come, first-served basis and prioritized at the discretion of the Glen Ellyn Park District.

  • Displayed flyers are limited to two weeks.
  • Two copies of the flyer must be delivered or mailed to the Spring Avenue Recreation Center c/o Marketing, 185 Spring Avenue, Glen Ellyn, IL 60137. The District does not print flyers on behalf of third-party organizations.
  • Glen Ellyn Park District reserves the right to refuse materials for any reason.
  • Handwritten signs will not be posted.
  • We regret that we are unable to post or distribute sales materials for businesses. The following types of messages are also prohibited: alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, and candidates in any election.
