How To Register

Register Online

Convenient online registration is available at www.gepark.org/register. You must have established a Household Account with a user ID and password to gain access to the system. Accounts can be created online by clicking “Create an Account” on the homepage of the Online Registration portal. All registration is first come, first serve.

In-Person/Drop-Off Registration – Park District Registration Offices

Walk-in/drop-off registration is available at the Spring Avenue Recreation Center (185 Spring Avenue) and Main Street Recreation Center (501 Hill Avenue, 2nd Floor). Registration is also taken at Ackerman Sports & Fitness Center during their front desk hours. The Glen Ellyn Park District values our customers business and we continue to look out for your data and credit card security. All payments made via credit card will require the CVV/CVC number. This includes credit cards you may have saved on your account. Please bring the physical card or know your code in order to use those saved cards. Thank you!


Mail-in and Fax Registration

Fax or mail completed registration forms. Be sure to include your credit card information or a check for mailed forms. Mail to Registration, Glen Ellyn Park District, 185 Spring Avenue, Glen Ellyn, IL 60137. Fax the completed forms, including credit card information and signature, to: (630) 389-8527. The Glen Ellyn Park District values our customers business and we continue to look out for your data and credit card security. All payments made via credit card will require the CVV/CVC number. This includes credit cards you may have saved on your account. Please bring the physical card or know your code in order to use those saved cards. Thank you!


Refunds / Cancellations / Withdrawals

HOW TO CANCEL OR WITHDRAW FROM A CLASS: To cancel or withdraw from an activity, event or program, you must contact the Glen Ellyn Park District either by phone at (630) 858-2462 or via email at support@gepark.org. Please indicate the name of the person you wish to withdraw from the class and the class code. Cancellations and withdrawals cannot be completed through the online registration portal.

REFUND POLICY: The Glen Ellyn Park District reserves the right to cancel, postpone or combine classes, or change instructors. If insufficient enrollment causes a class to be canceled, notification will be given 7 days in advance, and full tuition refunded. Withdrawals prior to the start of a class will be assessed a $5.00 service charge. Refunds for moving, injury/illness, or schedule changes will be pro-rated according to the date the request for a refund is made.


Notice of Possible Changes in Activity Guide Listings

The policies, procedures, requirements, programs, fees and facility availability contained in the Activity Guide represent Park District program and policies at the time of publication. Sometimes changes in the programs (including fees, locations, times, etc.) and policies are necessary after the Activity Guide publication but prior to program commencement or facility operation. To provide the best services, programs and facilities to the public, the Park District reserves the right to add, to change, modify or delete any program or policies after they have been published. The Park District will attempt to make a reasonable effort to give prompt public notice of any material changes in the programs and policies, but notice cannot be assured. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.


Glen Ellyn Park District Resident vs Non-Resident

The quickest way to determine your Glen Ellyn Park District resident status is to check your property tax bill. The park district you pay taxes to will be listed. You may also call our office at (630) 858-2462 for assistance or view your property information through the DuPage County Property Lookup tool by clicking here.

If you do not pay property taxes to the Glen Ellyn Park District, you are considered a non-resident. In fact, you may have a Glen Ellyn address but pay no taxes to the Glen Ellyn Park District. The Glen Ellyn Park District is not part of the Village of Glen Ellyn Government, but a stand-alone tax supported agency and our boundaries vary from those of the Village.
