You may request a withdrawal either by calling (630) 858-2462 or emailing during normal registration office hours, or by completing the form below. Once you have completed the form, click “Submit.” The Glen Ellyn Park District reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or combine classes or change instructors. A full refund will be issued for any program cancelled by the Park District. For all other refunds, a Refund Request Form must be submitted online.

Please note that a service charge of $5 or more will apply to all cancellations, withdrawals, or refunds, and that some programs, events, and services are non-refundable. Refunds can take up to 30 days. If you have any questions regarding the refund, please contact the program supervisor of the class for which you are requesting the refund.
