Notice is hereby given that a public meeting on the proposed Athletic Lights at Upper Newton Field at Newton Park for the Glen Ellyn Park District will take place on Thursday, September 22, 2016 and will be held at 6:30 p.m. at the Spring Avenue Recreation Center, located at 185 Spring Avenue, Glen Ellyn, IL 60137.
