Why march in the parade when you could ride in style? The Park District was selected as this year’s 4th of July Parade Grand Marshal…and now you and your family could win the chance to ride on our 100-Year Anniversary float!  

ENTRY DEADLINE: Entries will be accepted until 7am on Friday, June 28, 2019.

RULES & REGULATIONS

• Prize: One family (up to total 6 family members) will win the chance to ride on the Park District’s 100-Year Anniversary float at the Glen Ellyn 4th of July Parade on Thursday, July 4, 2019. Plus, each family member will receive a 100-Year Anniversary t-shirt to wear on the float and take home as a souvenir.
• Must be a resident of the Glen Ellyn Park District to win.
• Must be 18 years of age or older to enter.
• Contest closes at 7am on Friday, June 28, 2019.
• Winner will be notified on Friday, June 28, 2019 by 1pm.
• Winner and accompanying family members must be able to arrive at the parade staging area by 11:30am on July 4th.
• Children must be accompanied by at least one related parent.
• Winner must present proof of ID to gain entry to the float.
• Winner must reply via phone or email confirming they accept the prize no later than 12pm on Monday, July 1 or a new winner will be selected.
• Winner agrees to abide by Glen Ellyn Park District ordinances and park rules.
