Lantern kits on sale now for Glow in the Park

The Glow in the Park Lantern Walk, which benefits Lurie Children’s, will return to Lake Ellyn Park on September 15th. Join the fun by decorating your own lantern to carry during this parade of lights! Kits are $10 each and include a paper lantern shade, battery-operated L.E.D. light, and a stick to carry the lantern. Prizes will be awarded for the most creative designs! Kits can be purchased at the Spring Avenue Recreation Center (185 Spring Avenue, Glen Ellyn) and come in a variety of colors. Learn more about the event.
