Refund Policy Statement

At this time, we will continue to follow the District’s posted refund policy for all activities, which is listed below:

HOW TO CANCEL OR WITHDRAW FROM A CLASS: To cancel or withdraw from an activity, event or program, you must contact the Glen Ellyn Park District either by phone at (630) 858-2462 or via email at [email protected]. Please indicate the name of the person you wish to withdraw from the class and the class code. Cancellations and withdrawals cannot be completed through the online registration portal.

REFUND POLICY: The Glen Ellyn Park District reserves the right to cancel, postpone or combine classes, or change instructors. If insufficient enrollment causes a class to be canceled, notification will be given 7 days in advance, and full tuition refunded. Withdrawals prior to the start of a class will be assessed a minimum $5.00 service charge. Refunds for moving, injury/illness, or schedule changes will be pro-rated according to the date the request for a refund is made.

The Glen Ellyn Park District remains focused on ensuring that patrons participating activities and events are safe and taking preventative measures to protect themselves and their families.
