Playground Reopening Update

June 26, 2020: All playgrounds and the outdoor fitness area will open for public use at 9am on Saturday, June 27! Thank you for your patience as we awaited additional guidance from the Governor, CDC, and Illinois Department of Public Health.

  • If you or your child feels sick or has any symptoms of COVID-19, stay at home
  • Wash hands with soap and water before and after playing or use hand sanitizer
  • Avoid crowded playgrounds and minimize physical contact between kids
  • No more than 50 patrons allowed on a playground at any given time
  • Visitors are encouraged to practice social distancing and wear masks when unable to do so
  • Outdoor equipment is not sanitized regularly; use at your own risk
