Sign up to get a Covid-19 vaccine booster or flu shot at Ackerman SFC on Saturday, January 29. The Glen Ellyn Park District will be hosting a joint clinic in partnership with Jewel-Osco Pharmacy from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. 

Covid-19 Vaccine Booster Shots: To get your Covid-19 vaccine booster shot, you’ll need to bring a copy of your CDC Vaccination Card or other proof that you completed your vaccinations at least five months ago for Pfizer and Moderna or two months ago for Janssen. You’ll also need your driver’s license or state ID, as well as your health insurance information. Please note that the vaccination is free, and you do not need health insurance coverage to be eligible. Individuals must be 12 years of age and older for a Covid-19 vaccine booster. Pfizer, Moderna, and Janssen will be available; only Pfizer will be administered for ages 12-17. Register online »

Flu Shots: There will be a charge for flu shots, but you will not have to pay anything out-of-pocket if you are covered by Medicare or a PPO insurance plan. Flu shots are available for individuals 3 years of age or older. Minors require a parent/guardian signature. To sign up to receive a flu shot, please stop by the Ackerman SFC front desk or call (630) 317-0130. 

Please note, walk-ups will be accepted but are subject to availability and longer wait times. Those that have registered in advance will be prioritized. Advanced registration is highly recommended.
