Refund Policy Update – A Message from Your Park District

As part of our commitment to continually improving the programs and services we offer, the Glen Ellyn Park District has recently updated our refund policy, which can be viewed here. This updated policy will go into effect on January 1, 2026.

This decision was made after careful review to ensure we can responsibly manage resources, plan effectively for programs, and continue providing high-quality experiences for everyone in our community. The updated policy allows us to better support staffing, facility use, and program preparation, all of which are essential to running the events and activities you enjoy. It also gives us the flexibility to accommodate waiting lists more efficiently, helping as many participants as possible take part in popular programs.
