Donation Request Form

Request a Donation from the Park District

The Glen Ellyn Park District is proud to support schools and local fundraising efforts by donating passes to our facilities. All donation requests must be submitted online, as we cannot accept written or phone requests. Please submit your request at least three weeks before your event using the form below, and we will respond within two weeks of submission.

Who qualifies?

Non-profit (501c3) organizations located in Glen Ellyn, Lombard, Glendale Heights, Carol Stream, or Wheaton that are hosting fundraising events.
Schools located in Glen Ellyn, Lombard, Glendale Heights, Carol Stream, or Wheaton for functions, fundraisers, or incentives.
Groups, individuals, or local governmental agencies hosting benefits or fundraising events within the Glen Ellyn Park District boundaries.

If your request is approved, you can pick up the donations at the Spring Avenue Recreation Center, located at 185 Spring Avenue, Glen Ellyn. You will receive a notice from the District when the donations are available for pickup.

Donation package options:*
- Sunset Pool Package: Six passes to Sunset Pool, with each pass equivalent to daily admission for an adult or child.
- Mini Golf Package: Six passes to Holes & Knolls Mini Golf, with each pass equivalent to daily admission for an adult or child.
- Fitness Package: Six passes to Ackerman SFC. Each pass is valid for the daily drop-in fee for individuals aged 14 and older.
- Park District Package: Two passes to Sunset Pool, two passes to Holes & Knolls Mini Golf, and two passes to Ackerman SFC.
