Advertising and event sponsorship opportunities through the Glen Ellyn Park District are a great way to showcase your business and support your local community. Playbook Program Guide Advertising

Generate visibility for your brand, share your message, and connect with the community with a full-color advertisement that links directly to your website. Current copies of the Playbooks can be found at gepark.org/playbook.

  • Reach: Approximately 13,500 views per issue.
  • Frequency: Quarterly (Summer, Spring, Fall, Winter).
  • Pricing:
    • Half-page ad: $500 per issue. 8.5 inches width by 5.5 inches height.
    • Full-page ad: $750 per issue. 8.5 inches width by 11 inches height.
  • Discount: 20% off when booking four consecutive issues.
  • Note: Our Playbooks are available digitally only; they are not mailed to homes.

Boost your business visibility by reaching thousands of Glen Ellyn residents with our in-facility TV advertising on the 75″ screen in the lobby of Ackerman Sports & Fitness Center, 800 St. Charles Road, Glen Ellyn.

  • Reach: Approximately 11,000-14,000 patrons per month.

  • Display: Approximately 6 seconds, repeated every 30-60 seconds.
  • Cost: $300 for three consecutive months.
  • Note: Only two total advertisements are accepted per month.

Community Event Flyer Postings at District Facilities

The Glen Ellyn Park District will be happy to post an 8.5″ wide x 11″ tall flyer (no tear-offs) promoting a not-for-profit group on our designated Community Boards at Spring Avenue Recreation Center and Ackerman Sports & Fitness Center. Due to limited space, postings will be displayed on a first-come, first-served basis and prioritized at the discretion of the Glen Ellyn Park District.

  • Displayed flyers are limited to two weeks.
  • Two copies of the flyer must be delivered or mailed to the Spring Avenue Recreation Center c/o Marketing, 185 Spring Avenue, Glen Ellyn, IL 60137. The District does not print flyers on behalf of third-party organizations.
  • Glen Ellyn Park District reserves the right to refuse materials for any reason.
  • Handwritten signs will not be posted.
  • We regret that we are unable to post or distribute sales materials for businesses. The following types of messages are also prohibited: alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, and candidates in any election.
