Sportswap: Sports Equipment Exchange and Sale on Sunday, July 14

The Glen Ellyn Park District, in partnership with Go Green Glen Ellyn, is hosting a Sportswap event on Sunday, July 14 from 1 pm to 2:30 pm at Ackerman SFC (800 St. Charles Road, Glen Ellyn).

Score Big Savings on Gently-Used Sports Equipment
The Sportswap is your chance to find fantastic deals on a variety of gently-used sports equipment, including balls, bats, protective gear, clothing, and shoes. This is a great opportunity to get your kids geared up for the upcoming season without breaking the bank!

Be Sustainable, Donate Your Old Equipment
Not only will you score great deals at the Sportswap, but you’ll also be helping the environment. By donating your gently-used equipment, you’ll be giving it a second life and promoting sustainability in the community. Donations of sports equipment will be accepted at Ackerman SFC in the week preceding the swap. Everyone who donates will receive a voucher to use at the Sportswap.

Cash, Credit, or Voucher Accepted
The Sportswap is a win-win for the community and the environment. Whether you’re donating or shopping, cash, credit, and vouchers will all be accepted for purchases at the event.
