Community Event Flyer Postings at District Facilities

The Glen Ellyn Park District is happy to post 8.5″ x 11″ flyers (no tear-offs) promoting events, programs, or offerings from not-for-profit groups on our designated Community Boards at Spring Avenue Recreation Center and Ackerman Sports & Fitness Center. Due to limited space, flyers will be displayed on a first-come, first-served basis and will be prioritized at the discretion of the Park District.

• Displayed flyers are limited to two weeks and are updated on Mondays only. If Monday is a holiday, updates will occur the following week.
• Two copies of the flyer must be delivered or mailed to the Spring Avenue Recreation Center c/o Marketing, 185 Spring Avenue, Glen Ellyn, IL 60137. The District does not print flyers on behalf of third-party organizations. 
• Glen Ellyn Park District reserves the right to refuse materials for any reason.
• Handwritten signs will not be posted.
• We regret that we are unable to post or distribute sales materials for businesses. The following types of messages are also prohibited: alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, and candidates in any election.
