Donation Request Form

Request a Donation from the Park District

At the Glen Ellyn Park District, we value our community and are happy to donate passes to our facilities to non-profit organizations and fundraising events. Please submit your request for a donation at least three weeks before your event using the form below. We will respond to your request within two weeks of submission.

Who qualifies?

  • Non-profit organizations located within the Glen Ellyn Park District boundaries that are hosting fundraising events.
  • Groups, individuals, or local governmental agencies hosting benefits/fundraising events within the Glen Ellyn Park District boundaries.
  • Schools located within the Glen Ellyn Park District boundaries, for functions, fundraisers, or incentives.

If your request is approved, you can pick up the donations at the Spring Avenue Recreation Center, located at 185 Spring Avenue, Glen Ellyn. You will receive a notice from the District when the donations are available for pickup.
