Important Program and Facility Updates for Wednesday, February 12

Due to D41’s announcement of e-learning for tomorrow, Glen Ellyn Park District Preschool Education, Kindergarten Enrichment, Adventure Time, as well as any other programs or practices scheduled to take place at D41 facilities, are canceled on Wednesday, February 12. All other Glen Ellyn Park District programs scheduled before 3 pm on Wednesday are expected to run as scheduled. Park District facilities will also maintain their regular hours on Wednesday. Pumpkin Flotilla Fest 2017 Canceled Due to Weather

Unfortunately, Mother Nature did not cooperate today and the Glen Ellyn Park District is disappointed to announce that the Pumpkin Flotilla Fest scheduled for Sunday, October 22 at 4pm has been canceled due to inclement weather.

It is always a difficult decision to cancel an event. We understand how disappointing it is for our residents and all the kids who were excited to attend. The District would like to extend one last thank you to our sponsors and partners for supporting this event for the community: Glen Ellyn Bank & Trust, Pro-Home Services, DuPage Pediatric Dentistry, and the Rotary Club of Glen Ellyn.

Thank you for your understanding. We hope you will join us at our upcoming free events including the Ackerman SFC Open House on November 4, Indoor Movie Night on November 10, and the Turkey Trot 5-Mile Predicto Race on November 23.
