Holiday Hours: Fourth of July

Glen Ellyn Park District facilities will be closed or have special hours on July 4, 2024, in observance of Independence Day. In the event of inclement or cold weather, please check the hotline for information on delayed openings or facility closures at Sunset Pool, Holes & Knolls, and Maryknoll Splash Park. You can also check for updates on the Freedom Four. Have a safe and happy holiday!

Freedom Four 4-Mile Run

Kick off your 4th of July with this fun, family-friendly event! Run or walk a scenic 4-mile course starting and ending at Lake Ellyn Park. Explore nearby streets and enjoy the festive atmosphere while supporting a great cause. A portion of proceeds benefits the Glen Ellyn Parks Foundation’s Scholarship Fund, providing access to recreation and athletic activities for families in need.
