Spring Avenue Fitness Center

The Spring Avenue Fitness Center offers users a friendly, motivating, and comfortable setting equipped with high-quality equipment for cardiovascular fitness, weightlifting, and muscle toning. Whether you bring a workout partner or come alone, our goal is to promote affordable and convenient health and fitness options for people of all levels, allowing them to train confidently and efficiently.

Additionally, we provide lockers and showers for your convenience, ensuring you have everything you need for a successful workout session. For newcomers, we offer equipment orientation to help you get familiar with our fitness center.


Membership Fees

Choose from 1-day passes, 3-month memberships, or annual memberships at the Spring Avenue Fitness Center. Memberships can be purchased at the Spring Avenue Recreation Center located at 185 Spring Avenue. We also accept SilverSneakers. Annual memberships are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Additionally, Ackerman SFC members are welcome to use this facility by presenting their Ackerman SFC photo ID.

Fitness Center Hours

Spring Avenue Fitness Center members may use Ackerman SFC at no additional cost by presenting their photo ID during holiday closings. Please check our homepage for any changes in hours around holidays.

Group Fitness
