Before & After School Program
Adventure Time provides safe and reliable before/after school care for kindergarten through 5th graders. This program is located at Forest Glen and Churchill Elementary Schools. Children take part in structured and unstructured activities, both indoors and outdoors, such as group games, sports, and nature exploration. They will also have time to relax, read, do homework, and enjoy quiet activities like arts, crafts, and table games. The program follows the District 41 School calendar.
2024/25 Registration
Resident registration opens at 9 am on Saturday, May 4, 2024.
Registration will be for the complete school year (August through June). Children may be signed up for 3, 4 or 5 days per week: mornings, afternoons or both. Families may choose which days of the week to use during registration in August. A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to register. Please note, children in kindergarten are welcome to enroll, but only for the AM session if they attend AM kindergarten or the PM session if they attend PM kindergarten.for the AM session if they attend AM kindergarten or the PM session if they attend PM kindergarten. Start Date: D41 first regular day of school
End Date: D41 final day classes are in session
Before School Care: 7 am to 8:30 am
After School Care: 3:30 pm to 6 pm
2024/25 Monthly Fees and Payment
This program is billed monthly by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX or Discover Card) for nine months during the school year. Payments will be made on the 1st of each month, with the first month due September 1st and concluding with the last payment on May 1st.

Early Dismissal and Teacher Institute Days
On early dismissal days, children will be dismissed to the Adventure Time room. On Teachers Institute Days, Adventure Time will be operating at Forest Glen only (Churchill children should be dropped off at Forest Glen on these days) and will be available from 7 am-6 pm. Please provide a lunch. Special events and activities are planned on SIP and Teacher Institute Days, more information will be provided in each month’s newsletter.
Adventure Time Will Not Meet
Adventure Time will not meet on legal public holidays as determined by the District 41 school calendar or over Thanksgiving, Winter, and Spring breaks.
