Kids aren’t the only ones that need time for outdoor activities – adults need recreation too! Fitness, arts, athletics and other activities are a great way to help de-stress, live healthier lives, and meet new people.
The Glen Ellyn Park District is offering a unique selection of classes for adults and seniors this season, including:

Programs for Seniors
The Park District offers a number of recreational opportunities for seniors – both monthly & seasonally!
Monthly Senior Luncheons
Enjoy delicious food, an entertaining program, social opportunities, and a good time! Don’t forget to pick-up your free raffle ticket at the door. View available luncheons and register »
Tuesday SARC Seniors
Drop in for coffee, cards and bingo at the Spring Avenue Recreation Center from 9:30am-11:30am on the first and third Tuesdays of the month. Newcomers welcome! No pre-registration is required, but there is a $1 fee due at arrival.
Retired Rhythm Rascals
Join our free, traditional Dixieland Jazz rehearsals every Tuesday at 10am at the Main Street Recreation Center.
In addition to our monthly programs, the Park District offers seasonal recreation opportunities for seniors including fitness classes, AARP Driver Safety, Senior Appreciation Bowling and more.
