Field Hockey

One of the world’s oldest and most popular sports, field hockey helps improve balance and coordination, teaches teamwork, is an intensive cardio vascular workout, and is just all-around fun! The Glen Ellyn Park District’s field hockey program focuses on building individual and team field hockey skills with clinics run by coaches with international, national, and local experience. Programs are offered seasonally for both boys and girls. All levels of experience and ability are welcome and encouraged to participate.

Girls Field Hockey (Grades 1-8)

Girls meet twice per week, Thursday evenings for skills and drills and Sunday afternoons for games. Optional home and away games with other programs in the Chicagoland area may be offered.
