Find your perfect venue! The Glen Ellyn Park District has many indoor and outdoor rental spaces perfect for any occasion, from weddings and tournaments to holiday gatherings and pool parties. Rental fees vary based on location, size, amenities available, and more. Please contact the supervisor of the facility you intend to rent with questions or to make a reservation.

185 Spring Avenue A classroom (capacity: 25) and a craft lab (capacity: 40) are available to rent for your next event within Spring Avenue Recreation Center.
501 Hill Avenue Main Street Recreation Center offers rentals for a classroom (capacity: 30), a double classroom (capacity: 50), and an elementary-sized gymnasium.
Three full-size basketball courts are available to rent at Ackerman SFC (800 St. Charles Road). You can also rent the Civic Center gymnasium through the Park District.
The Maryknoll Park picnic pavilion (located south of the splash park) and tables under the picnic shelter (located north of the splash park) are available to rent. For more information and to reserve, contact Lisa Semetko at [email protected].
Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Groups are limited to 50 attendees or less.
A completed contract, signed waiver, and permit fee(s) are due when reserving a site.
Consumption of alcoholic beverages is not allowed.
Other Picnic Shelters
All other picnic tables/shelters are on a first-come, first-served basis. Permits are not required for groups under 100. There is no guarantee that restrooms will be open or that space and tables will be available.
Block Party Wagon Rentals
You must contact the Village of Glen Ellyn separately to reserve a block party permit.
In cooperation with the Village of Glen Ellyn, the Park District offer free use of the Block Party Wagon, April 1 through October 31, weekends only. The Park District will drop off the wagon on Friday afternoon and pick it up on Monday. The Party Wagons can be reserved up to one year in advance of today’s date. A waitlist is available if your date is already booked. To reserve, contact Koshie Mills at [email protected].

483 Fairview Avenue Sunset Pool is available for private rentals from 7:30 pm to 9 pm on Friday and Saturday evenings throughout the summer when events and programs are not running. For more information and availability, please contact Lisa Semetko at [email protected].
The rental fees below include the first 100 guests. Lifeguards and a pool manager are also included. Additional guest may be added for a fee of $5 per guest, with a maximum of 200 guests allowed.

Special Use Permits
