FEATURED EVENT:
WACKY Miniature Golf Top Pro Challenge


It's not just for kids! Fun and crazy play will take place during this tournament. Can you shoot between your legs? Can you putt while lying on the ground? Join us for this wacky round of golf. Be the Top Mini Golf Pro of 2014! Top winner in each age group wins FREE GOLF for the 2014 season and will have your photo posted in the Maryknoll Clubhouse. Hot dogs, chips and a beverage will be provided.

This Weekend: FREE Bike Rodeo

The Liberty Mutual Bike Safety Rodeo will help preschool and elementary school-aged children learn bike safety in a fun and educational setting. Kids learn important rules of the road and have a chance to test their knowledge on a miniature riding course complete with real-road challenges! There will be bike safety quizzes and giveaways, too. Participants must bring their own bike and wear a properly fitted bike helmet. The Bike Shop of downtown Glen Ellyn will be onsite to conduct bike safety checks.

The Glen Ellyn Park District is looking for dedicated individuals who want to help care for our local parks. We will work with your group to set up a schedule, determine projects, and work alongside you. From cleaning up trash to planting flowers and trees - we need your help!

About Village Green Park:
Village Green Park is located at 130 S. Lambert Road
The 30-acre park features 8 baseball diamonds, a multi-purpose field, two tennis courts, batting cages, community garden plots, and a basketball court.
