Residents are encouraged to walk, bike or carpool to the Glen Ellyn Park District’s 4th of July events (Freedom Four™ 4-Mile Run and Afternoon Festivities), as there is no parking on Lenox or the roads surrounding Lake Ellyn Park. The commuter parking lots, including the Duane and Lorraine parking lot, will remain open. Please click here to view the Village of Glen Ellyn’s interactive parking map and be sure to follow all posted signage. Limited parking will be available in the Glenbard West parking lot across from Duchon Field for Freedom Four™ 4-Mile Run participants. All cars must be removed from this lot by 10:00am.
