Get ready for a jolly good time at Sports and Fun with Santa at Ackerman SFC! On Saturday, December 13, from 10 am to 12 pm, kids (ages 3-12, with an adult) can enjoy festive games, sports, arts and crafts, delicious pizza, and even snap a picture with Santa himself! Join us for the Wing It Turkey Shootout Free Throw Challenge on Wednesday, November 26, from 10 am to 12 pm. This exciting event pairs children ages 6-12 with an adult to compete for a trophy and a Thanksgiving turkey. Each team member gets 10 free throw shots, and the most accurate teams win. Don’t trash your pumpkins—smash them! Keep those old jack-o’-lanterns out of the landfill by bringing them to Village Green Park on Saturday, November 8, from 9 am to 11 am for composting. Drop off and go, or bring a baseball bat or shovel to smash and chop your pumpkin! Please ensure that all decorations and candles are removed, and that none of the pumpkins are painted. Learn more »
