Discover the benefits of a great workout at Ackerman SFC during our Free Week from September 11 to September 17. We're excited to offer free access to the fitness center and group fitness classes, giving you the perfect opportunity to achieve your fitness goals.

To participate, simply register at the Ackerman SFC front desk during Free Week. We're also excited to include access to the fitness center at the Spring Avenue Recreation Center as part of this offer. Please remember that participants must be 18 years of age or older with a valid ID, or if under 18, they must be accompanied by an adult.
