February 4, 2023 The Glen Ellyn Park District shares the frustration felt by residents during registration on Saturday, February 4 and we sincerely apologize that many experienced issues registering for programs when attempting to access the online registration site through gepark.org.
Park District staff will be reviewing programs with waiting lists and strategizing the best ways to address those lists for each class. We appreciate your patience as we work through this unforeseen issue. Staff will reach out to patrons on waiting lists with more information next week.
Additionally, the District will be further investigating what caused the disruption to gepark.org simultaneously with the start of registration and implementing solutions to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.
Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding and continued patronage of the Glen Ellyn Park District.
